Please inspect the shipping box for damages before
accepting it. Should there be any visible signs of damage, refuse
the order and have it sent back to sender. Should you receive damaged,
defective, or incorrect item(s) from Muslim Audio, you may return
the product(s) within 15 days of delivery. After receiving the item(s),
we will send you a replacement(s) or issue a full refund, within
30 days, excluding shipping and handling. You will not be charged
any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments.
If you receive unwanted item(s), you may return the item(s) unopened
for a refund of the purchase price minus shipping and handling.
A Return Authorization Number (RMA) must be issued by Muslim Audio
prior to returning the product(s). Please email
for a RMA number for damaged or incorrect product(s). If payment
was made by check, Muslim Audio will issue you a refund check upon
receipt of your package. The check will be mailed via the U.S. Postal
Service to the billing address listed in your original order. If
you would prefer store credit, please email
with the RMA number and your preference. Orders paid through check
will be shipped after the check has cleared. Any additional charges
incurred through customs are the responsibility of the buyer on
orders shipped to Canada and Overseas.
