Some General Responses to Frequently Asked Questions

Q: On your website you mention the use of coupons to get discounts. Where do I find them?
A: We either pass out the codes through our contacts around the US or through various Muslim Magazines.

Q: If I buy the CD from someone else and it does not work, can I send it to you for an exchange?
A: No, you will have to ask the store or individual you bought the CD from to exchange it for you.

Q: If I bought the CD from you but it has a problem, can I send it to you for an exchange?
A: Sure! Just email us (rma@muslimaudio.com) with the order number and tell us what is wrong with the CD. We will email/call you with the instructions of what to do, insha'Allah.

Q: Can I copy the CDs and distribute them for free?
A: The CDs are copy righted by each individual company that produces them. We highly recommend that you respect the copyright on the CDs and should you want to do dawah with a lecture you liked, then please contact the company directly. We know Chinar Leaf Studios is not only a major audio producer but also a major Dawah distributor. Please visit their website for more information.

Q: Do you take recommendations on what topics the speakers should be recording?
A: Sure we do. Sometimes the ideas from you are more interesting than what we may come up with!

Q: I am a new Muslim overseas and my English is not very good.  How can I obtain audios or books to learn more about Islam?

A: Please e-mail us with your specific area of interest so we may assist you further.  There may be materials in your own language so please let us know the specifics so we can best assist you!

Q: I am very poor and I cannot afford audio cds.  I would very much like to learn more about Islam.

A: If the audio set is not published by Muslim Audio, you might be accomodated fastest by contacting the original publisher.  If the audio is published by Muslim Audio please contact us with the specifics of your request, and complete a short form or join one of our dawah programs. 

Q: One of the speakers mentioned that he has written several books.  How can I obtain them?

A: Many of the speakers and scholars are very well published.  iIn some cases it is most cost effective for an individual to purchase directly from the publisher.  In some cases, as in an overseas publisher, it might be best to purchase from a retailer such as Muslim Audio.  If you want Muslim Audio to carry a particular product we will try our best to accomodate you.  Please e-mail us with your specifics.
